Mostly we offer free shipping promotions. But in few cases or for specific product Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, product weight, and shipping method.

After verification, we will arrange are placement or refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for errors caused by:

• Spelling mistakes in the design
• Wrong customization details provided during ordering.

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once the printing process starts, cancellations are not possible.

1. Choose your product – Select the jigsaw puzzle, acrylic photo print, or any other personalised item you'd like to create.
2. Click "Customize" or "Upload Photo" – You'll find this option on the product page before adding it to your cart.
3. Select your image – Upload directly from your phone gallery, computer.
4. Adjust and preview – Crop, zoom, or reposition your photo to fit the product's print area.
5. Confirm your design – Review the preview carefully.
6. Add to cart & checkout – Once you're happy with the preview, add the item to your cart and proceed to payment.

For the best print quality, follow these tips when uploading your photo:

• Use high-resolution images – Especially for larger acrylic prints or bigger puzzle sizes, to avoid blurring.
• Avoid heavily compressed images – Photos downloaded from WhatsApp or social media are often compressed and can appear grainy when printed.
• Stick to supported formats – JPEG and PNG work best for uploads.
• Check lighting and focus – Well-lit, sharp photos always print clearer than dark or blurry ones.
• Preview before confirming – Always check closely.
