What if I need to change the shipping address?

You can update the shipping address before dispatch of product, please email contat@printlagoon.in and we will update it; providing the item hasn’t passed beyond the point where changes can be made.

Approximate dispatch times are as follows:

  • Fine art prints within 2-3 business days;
  • Posters within 2-3 business days
  • Personalised Products within 2-3 business days;

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping conditions in your country. Depending on your location, prints will be shipped from one of our printing partners in INDIA.

Packaging

All items are wrapped safely in protective materials. Canvases and framed print are packaged in our own dual-wall shipping boxes, which are purpose-made to our specifications and are designed to withstand even long international journeys safely. Our packaging standards have been refined many times, over many years and breakages and damage are now extremely rare. On those occasions when incidents do happen, we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss. 

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

Factors which could delay delivery times include:

  • Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
  • Customs and import restrictions
  • Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no one home to receive the order)
  • Postal strikes
  • Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)

If there is a protracted delay with your order then our customer support team will typically deal with this proactively. Alternatively, if an order is outside the expected delivery window then please contact contact@printlagoon.in for additional information.
