Our tumbler bottles are carefully shipped in Box.

Each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it. Please allow us 3-5 days in order to prepare your tumbler.

Estimated Shipping Times

Tumbler Bottles: 6-10 business days.

NOTE:

While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, there are elements beyond our control. You may receive the order past its estimated delivery time for reasons like:

Restrictions due to COVID Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions due to any un-avoidable reason.

If you haven’t received your order by its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. 

We want you to be stoked with your purchase, so if you’re not, please let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.

Please note that each personalised product is custom-made to order, so unless your product arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. 

If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to contact@printlagoon.in. We’ll gladly send a priority replacement at no cost to you, and there's no need to ship back the damaged product. 

Please double-check that your shipping address as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.
